Client Work — MVP2024

Problem

A client needed an MVP built from a rough idea with limited time and budget. Requirements were ambiguous and shifted during development.

Approach

Ran lightweight discovery to pin down the core value proposition. Scoped aggressively — cut features that didn't serve the first user. Built iteratively with weekly check-ins to keep alignment tight.

Outcome

Shipped a working MVP on time. The process reinforced that the hardest part of client work isn't code — it's translating what someone imagines into what they actually need.
